What is a Wetroom?
A Wetroom is a bathroom without a shower tray or screen and instead compromises of a fully tanked (Waterproof) room - IF installed correctly.
In Wetrooms, there is a drain located on the floor for the water to escape.
Wetrooms give customers the ability to walk-in without having to take a step up into a shower tray - Perfect for customers less abled.
Wetrooms are also considered a major luxury to any bathroom.
Wetrooms are becoming more and more popular each day, Why?
Because Wetrooms are:
-Easy to clean, due to having no shower tray or shower screen
-Easy to access, with no shower tray to step into
-Are actually more water tight than your standard bathroom (IF installed correctly)

There's has been a bit of stigma around Wetrooms the past few years, because of leaks and the costs involved to repair them...But, in reality, if they're installed correctly, you shouldn't have any issues.
Most wetrooms that have had issues are actually due to poor tiling installation or not fully tanking (Waterproofing) the room, this is due to the installers of the wetroom.
